無錫安南模具有限公司位于風景秀麗的太湖之濱無錫惠山區(qū)，水 陸 空交通非常便利。本公司專業(yè)設(shè)計制造各類精密鋁鎂合金 真空壓鑄模具及塑膠模具，無錫壓鑄模具,鋁壓鑄模具,蘇州壓鑄模具,上海壓鑄模具,無錫合金壓鑄模具,模具設(shè)計,卷簾門窗鋁端蓋,無錫安南,安南模具。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于家用電器 汽車 摩托車 通用汽油機 燈具 電信業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。現(xiàn)擁有占地1800㎡的模具車間，高級模具設(shè)計師4人和一批經(jīng)驗豐富的模具制造技師計26人。本公司現(xiàn)有各類模具加工設(shè)備：工程計算機8套，加工中心4臺，精雕1臺，火花機4臺，銑床4臺，磨床2臺，線割4臺，鉆床2臺。壓鑄車間2千多平米，壓鑄機臺有1300噸一臺，900噸一臺，800噸一臺，500噸一臺，300噸一臺，280噸一臺，年產(chǎn)模具280余套。我們充分利用CAE模流分析技術(shù)，模擬和優(yōu)化模具澆道系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，提高零件的質(zhì)量和減少試模次數(shù)及不必要的浪費。
